It's a question that's been on my mind for the past few days. What am I gonna do on the 5th on Nov? I say this because I've been noticing the past few days just how much I watch the political coverage on the cable news networks. It's not really a recent development, but I've been watching this coverage just about everyday for the better part of the past 18 months. And I know I'm not alone. Other folks that I've talked to about this have said the same thing. I'm just wondering why that is. Is it all about Obama? Is it the political stakes are so high for this election? Like I said before, the new incoming president will have the worst inheritable situation that any incoming president has ever faced. Is it history? Are we all watching just to see if America will actually vote for a black man? Are we waiting for the train wreck? I don't know about most of yall, but I'm still waiting for the RNC to pull some illegitimate white baby from out of no where and say it's Obama's. Not saying he did it, but I know they'll try. Are me and my friends alone in this or are others thinking the same thing too?
